Raising Ryleigh & Reese: Ryleigh's 4th Birthday!

On Wednesday, Septmeber 19, 2012 Ryleigh turned 4!! I can't believe it's been four years since my beautiful baby girl was born! My mom saw this really cute idea to have the room filled with balloons when the kid wakes up on their birthday. So that morning my mom brought over 2 dozen balloons. We woke her up by singing her "Happy Birthday"

We had planned to take her to her favorite restaurant Chilli's that night but I went home from work with 102 fever so Brandon brought it home for us to eat. Her big present was for her party but on her birthday we gave her the American Girl Moive "Makenna"

Friday she got her 4 year old shots at her check up. This was the first time she got her blood pressure taken with the cuff.

Her wounds... they left browses.

I took her to get What A Burger to make her feel better.

Saturday was Ryleigh's Pinkalicious birthday party. Ryleigh was dressed in her pink swimsuit for the occasion.

Thanks to Pintrest and Etsy I got ideas to do a lot of the decorations myself. I even made over 70 cupcakes and dyed them pink!

We were afraid the weather was going to be bad so at the last moment we hired a face painter and balloon artist to come. They were a big hit! The kids loved them :)

The water was COLD but the kids had a great time!

On the way out Ryleigh gave her friends favors for coming. The girls got a wand, nail polish, candy necklace and stickers while the boys got a mix of boy toys in their bags.
