Happy 4 Months my little Reese's Pieces! You spent your 4th month birthday at school. You are such a blessing to our lives and make each day special. You wake up happy and smiling every morning. You're growing so fast and growing out of your clothes everyday.
You're getting better with your head control when sitting in the Bumbo and when someone is holding you you. When you lay on your belly you push up on your hands.
You started school this month! You love school just like you're big sister. Your teachers love you too. You are always happy and like playing with the other kids.
After your first week at school you got your first cold and still have a stuffy nose from it but it hasn't slowed you down.
When you get home from school you're tired. All you want to do is eat and go to bed. You're bed time ranges from 6:00-7:00 during the week. On the weekends you stay up for another feeding around 9:00 before going to bed.
You don't like loud nosies or bright lights, especially when you're sleepy.
We know you're sleepy when you get restless and start bearing your head into our chests when we hold you.
Now you:
-are wearing size 2 diapers
- are wearing 3-6 months and 6 month clothes
-you eat 5 oz of breast milk
-weigh 13.5 lbs
-you're still eating every 4-5 hours
-still sleeping good at night between feedings
You found your feet and like pulling them up and trying to put them in your mouth. You're working on your hand eye coordination. You can grab on to objects but can't quite get them to your mouth yet.
You're starting to get your first tooth. You love chewing on anything you can get in your mouth.
