Reese's 1st Birthday Party
Saturday we celebrated Reese's first birthday with family and friends! I've know for awhile that I wanted to do a Reese's Buttercup theme. I was so excited when I found a lady on Etsy who could make decorations and invites for this theme. I knew for the cake I had to have the lady that made Ryleigh's first birthday cake, Rachel from Heaven's Creations in Mckinney.
I think the cake turned out great and tasted just as good!! Reese loved her smash cake that looked like a Reese's Butter Cup
We all wore Reese's shirts. I had to make Ryleigh's since they didn't make one in her size but it all worked out.
Reese loved her cake!
She was blessed with many presents!
Riding her Pinkalicious car from Grandma.
Thank you to everyone who came and to those who were with us in spirit and still gave gifts! We are defiantly blessed with our little miracle.
Happy 1st Birthday Reese!
Happy 1st Birthday Reese-y Cup! Today you spent the day at school then played with the family that night. We even brought back out the rest of your cake from your party for you to eat.
I can't believe it's already been a year!
This shirt and hat were Ryleigh's! So glad I was able to use it again.

You aren't walking by yourself yet but you will try to walk when someone hold your hands.
You definatly have a sassy personality like your sister! You love to play with her and get so excited when you see her.
You hate being sat down on the floor without someone playing with you. You don't like it when someone walks out of the room for just a second.
You are always smiling and if you're not then we know something has to be wrong.
You are a good little eater. What ever we put in front of you you'll try it. Your favorite food are: Gerber Graduate Snacks, strawberries, broccoli, cheese, bread and yogurt. You LOVE drinking real milk.
Just before you finished off you last container of formula we started introducing real milk. You loved it! About two weeks ago you finished your last bottle of formula. Now you just drink milk and water from a sippy cup.
You can say "Ma ma" "Da da" and "ougie" which we think is "Doggie" If you're not making realy words you are definatly talking in your qwn language. I can't wait for you to start making complete sentences so sister has someone else to talk to.
You are still:
April Photo Dump
It's baseball season! Reese and Daddy are watching their first Rangers game together.
Wednesday's I've started taking the girls to Church for Bible Study. Ryleigh loves going to church and Reese likes playing with other kids. Both had so much fun this night they both feel asleep by time I'd gotten them home. So sweet!
Ryleigh has recently loved doing hand stands on the couch. I think they are more like head stands but she has fun doing it. She loves doing tricks she's learned at gymnastics all over the house!
Ryleigh loves to play on my phone. One day while looking through my photos I found over 30 "self-ies"
Reese celebrating her birthday with all the other April birthdays at the Nicks family party.
Every Sunday Ryleigh gets a coloring picture to take home with their Bible verse on it. One day before going to school she asked if she could take it to school and color it. When I picked her up that afternoon she had colored it but wanted to give it to one of her friends. I thought that was so sweet of her.
On Friday we got free tickets to the Rough Riders Game from out neighbor. I thought it would be neat to see if I could get Reese's hair in pig tails. I was able too but it was hard to get a picture.
Sisters and their pig tails!
Ryleigh was so excited she got a new clock with her allowance that day.
Reese on the left at 11 months and Ryleigh on the right at 1 1/2 wearing the same outfit and the first time for them to have pig tails!
The girls had fun at the Rough Riders Game. Ryleigh was sad we didn't stay till the end to see fireworks. She's been asking when we can go back. We needed to leave so Reese could go to bed and I had a 5K at 7:45 in the morning. I'm sure we'll get to go again and stay for fireworks!
Taking a picture of her tattoo!
Reese loves to rock in Ryleigh's old rocking chair!
And on her rocking horse.
Gramz took Ryleigh to "Veggie Tales Live" last Sunday. She had a great time dancing and singing to the songs. She even got a new spinning toy.
My girls love to watch "Full House" together in the afternoons while eating a snack.
The girls having a snack at Gramz and Papa's on my old table and benches.
Friday Brandon and I went to the Zac Brown Concert. I wish would have saved our money and just stayed home! He barley played any of his songs! Not a good concert.
After Reese's party Ryleigh put on Reese's life jacket and said, "I'm pretending I'm going fishing!" I can't believe she can fit into it!
Reese loved her Pinkalcious bus from Grandma!
A couple of Saturday's ago we went to Paw Paw and Sha Sha's to celebrate Sha Sha's birthday. Ryleigh was excited to hold her new baby cousin, Brooke!
Reese with Poppy and Laylee.

Reese picked up a pencil that was on the table and started acting like she was writing!
She loves to crawl all over this chair!
Having fun on the swing
