VBS

This was the first year Ryleigh was old enough to participate in VBS at our church. They call it "Backyard Bible Study" and have people host it at their homes. Ryleigh has really enjoyed getting involved at church so I decided to volunteer our home as one of the host homes. Ryleigh loved it and still talks about how she wishes " that everyday could be backyard Bible study."

We invited her friends from school and had a sign out in the yard letting the neighbors know about it. One of her friends from school came and four boys from the neighborhood. It was a great group of kids! The church has the youth volunteer to help out and they "run" it. 

Day 1 and 2 it rained in the morning but we were able to let the kids outside for games. Everyday consisted of water games. On the last day they made a slip-n-slide. The kids had a blast!
