This year we went to both families gathering for the 4th. We started the day at Gramz and Papa's then went to Poppy and Laylee's then back to Gramz and Papa's for fireworks.
We made firework cookies inspired by pinterest.

Ryleigh and Jackson had fun playing in the clubhouse, playing baseball and swimming in the morning before we left.
They were pretending like they were WhatABurger and taking our order at the window.
Reese spent most of her first 4th of July sleeping. She loves being outdoors.
By 2:00 we arrived at Poppy and Laylee's to spend the 4th with them along with Paw Paw and Sha Sha.
Sha Sha squeezed in a swim lesson with Ryleigh too. Here she is diving for toys. She also did a handstand!

By 6:00 we were back at Gramz and Papa's shortly after we arrived Aunt Cecile and Great Grammy arrived too. Here's Great Grammy and her Great Grands.
Before it got dark Ryleigh enjoyed the poppers.
Just before the guys shot of the fireworks we made s'mores.
It was a long day but we had a lot of fun being with the families.
