Last year when Brandon's friend opened his own body shop in Paris, TX Brandon went to see his shop. When he got home he told me about a classic car that he really wanted. I'll be honest I turned my nose up to the thought of a gold car and thought it was silly, I also never considered we could actually buy it.
Well, one year later we go to Paris for a nice quiet weekend away to visit his friend and see the Antique Show. Of course his dream car was there and I got to ride in it on the way to the show.
Long story short he convinced me. So we contacted the guy who was selling it and got a great deal.
Brandon is now the proud (VERY PROUD) owner of a 67 SS Chevelle!

When he got home with it he stood out in the garage playing with it for hours. He's like a little kid a Christmas.
While driving around town people have honked and waved in appreciation of how "cool" and "rock and roll" the car is.
I'm now having to get use to parking my car in the driveway since his car gets the garage.
I look forward to the seeing our kids grow up learning about cars with their daddy!
